For February, our monthly munch group for kinksters who live uptown or in the Bronx returns to Coogan’s, a popular Irish pub on Broadway in Washington Heights, which narrowly survived a brush with closing due to the high rent Columbia University threatened to impose. Coogan’s is very convenient to bus and subway.
