“Moving Right Up: From floorwork to suspensions”
Rigger’s Delight is happy to host European legend Zamil to NYC for a week of classes, lessons, intensives & even a unique evening of performance! This class is the last day in a series of day-long intensives. Class size is small (only 10-13 rigging couples plus a handful of solo spectator/non-tying spots available). If you’ve always wanted some one-on-one time with him at the larger events, this is the place for you:)
MONDAY’S intensive is for the SOLID advanced rope student who has a excellent rope vocabulary, with several years experience. It focuses on how to get your partner from the floor, into the air. Advanced floorwork up into suspensions…wow. Basic Gote-Techniques, Tekubi and Kata Ashi are pre-requisite for tying spots! Class will run at a rapid pace, with a brief lunch break. Think you need a refresher for this? Consider booking a private ahead of time to make the most of your experience!
*Price:
$225 per couple, including the day of instruction, lunch and the special invite-only potluck party for Saturday, Oct 19th. “Couple” is designated as one “top” & one “bottom” – no switching. please! (Limited to 10-12 couples)
$85 solo “observer” spot: Just you, soaking it in. No tying, but listening & watching the entire class. lunch & option to attend the private party also included.*
