The Space:

Dedicated to refining the shades of contrast. Finding intersections. Exploring liminal spaces. facilitating transformation.
An elegant space where artists may explore their more primal creative instincts in a civilized manner.
2 levels, Infinite hardpoints, hashira, horizontal bar, among other unique devices…
Spacious area for socializing, Soft drinks and snacks will be served.

THE PROGRAMME:

  • 7:30pm – Doors open for a bit of awkward small talk
  • 8:00pm – Demo/performance/skillshare
  • 9:30pm – Play party Begins. wind down at 1:45 and close at 2am
  • To preserve the intentions of the evening, we don’t admit guests after 11pm. The iron gates will be closed to new revelers at 11pm.

Admission to Ropes U is by invitation:
This is Due to space constraints, and to preserve our safe, friendly, polite, gentle, yet devilishly erotic, decadently uncrowded atmosphere, so we only invite a limited number of guests for each session.

It’s not difficult to get an invitation, just please demonstrate that you’re on board with our expectations for how we create a safe space.
This is an exercise in intentional community– come with a purpose; we’re just not interested in casual consumers.

It’s not that we want to be assholes, really, it’s that we prefer to know with whom we are sharing space.

Accountability a thing.
